Mettaton
Canonpoint: No Mercy/Genocide run, just before he fights Frisk
Age: Appears as ahandsome young adult in EX form.
Wish: "I wish that the human would die. I want them cut down and the Underground population restored. They deserve to live. The human does not."
Result: Mettaton's wish was fulfilled in its entirety, he was granted his magi powers, and is capable of using his Mettaton EX form due to its ease of use in battle.
Weapon: Scythe (up to 5)

TOP: His cutoff top is plain white, with a large heart design on it (not pictured). Pink ribbons affix to the inner part of his shoulder pauldrons, nothing more than decoration.
LOWER: Two-part wrap skirt. The top part is a wrap skirt that is tied off at his left hip with a string belt and comes around his right leg with an open cut revealing said leg. it is attached at the back part of his string belt. Attached to the belt are 4 gold decorative pieces which jingle pleasantly as he moves. Left leg has a frilled full-length periwinkle skirt with white lace which wraps around the back but does not cover his right leg. His boots are mostly the same, with three light pink straps.
SOUL GEM: The core (his SOUL) contained in his abdomen has visible filigree and patterning in it where his soul gem is inlaid during transformation.

» Quick Step - Applies a speed buff to allies through touch. Lasts about 5 minutes. Each use takes 1/5th of his full battery power, induces catatonic state for six full seconds. May be improved in the future
» Scythe Manipulation - Summon and individually control up to 6 scythes physically or telekinetically. The more scythes, the harder to control. Multiple manipulations can cause lack of focus + loss of control temporarily. Overuse (all six) has a 60-80% chance of inducing short-circuit catatonic state for six full seconds. However, his handling is improved and he can easily maintain 3 with only minimal strain. Anything above that may cause short-circuiting.
» Shock Break - Mettaton's summonable scythes will gain a short chain with a lightning bolt charm at the end which imparts the electrical element upon his weapon.
Shock Break itself is a form of magic attack which he can use to shock enemies at mid-range with his scythe as a conduit, or with physical contact to his scythe. The power is mediocre at best (with the potential to be improved) and can only stun normal-sized foes for short periods of time (about a minute). The larger the enemy, the less effective the shock.
» Healing Touch - Mettaton can now use his magic to heal. There's no incapacitating caveat such as with his other powers, but the tradeoff is that it can only mend small scratches and contusions. Trying to use his healing on anything more grievous would only result in easing the pain, but not fixing the problem. Despite its name, Healing Touch works even when he's not touching someone, within a range of several feet. At current, due to this synergizing with only part of his wish, Healing Touch is not very powerful, but can be improved in the future.
